Bistro will host a Dim Sum wine dinner on Wednesday, November 18, 2015.

from France’s Chateau La Tulipe, a winery featuring winemaker Michel Rolland.
priced at $75 with one third of the ticket price donated to the Petit Family Foundation
by Forbidden City Bistro, Trifecta Wines and Winam Wines.
Bistro will partner with Winam Wines, a boutique distributor from Farmington,
CT that has supported the Petit Family Foundation since 2009. A silent and live
auction will be conducted during the evening with all the proceeds donated to
the Petit Family Foundation.

will conclude with a tasting of two of the rarest wines from California’s
Trifecta Wines & Cellars. It is a
unique winery, donating 100% of its gross profits to a number of 501c-3
charitable organizations. It is owned by
Vitéz Pablo and Lynanne Nyárády.

The Trifecta wines are extremely allocated (Trifecta Pinot Noir, 2010, 85 cases
and Trifecta Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009, 350 cases) and are among the most
acclaimed and coveted by collectors worldwide.
Family has been making wine since the early 1820’s in the north- western
portion of Transylvania. In 1948, the once-beautiful 40-acre estate was seized
by the communist Romanian government and destroyed. Today, the youngest
generation of the Nyárády family has made the United States its home and
resurrected this almost two-century-old family tradition in collaboration with
a third generation California winemaker, Bill Ballentine.
